By accessing and browsing the GigaTools.app website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our directory or register an account.

2. Account Registration and Tool Submissions

To submit developer tools, vote on items, or write comments, you must log in. You are responsible for ensuring that all links, screenshots, titles, and taglines you submit comply with copyright laws and do not contain malicious components. We reserve the right to remove any submission without prior warning.

3. Limitation of Liability

All micro-tools, software links, and developer layout utilities listed on GigaTools.app are provided "as-is." We do not guarantee the correctness, safety, or functionality of the external web sites linked from our leaderboard. Use linked tools entirely at your own risk.

4. Payments and Billing

When ordering immediate launch packages or visual layout listing features, payments are processed securely through Stripe. By initiating a checkout session, you agree to pay the specified one-time fee and agree to follow Stripe's service terms. All paid orders are final and non-refundable except in rare instances where service could not be rendered as determined by the GigaTools administration.
